I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer on April 1, 2024, just 3 days after releasing When It All Goes Down. Since my diagnosis, I had to cancel all touring and promotional plans for 2024, resulting in significant loss of income. I've now completed two rounds of surgery and radiation, and have been cleared to return to the stage, but I am still adjusting and therefore unable to tour as heavily as before. I am fortunate to have health insurance at the moment but it doesn't cover everything, and basic living costs continue to rise.
